Football House needs coaches for junior female national teams

Vacancies now exist for coaches of Nigeria’s female junior teams, the U-20 team (Falconets) and the U-17 Flamingoes, the Nigeria Football Federation announced last week.
It said applicants for the two Head Coach openings have until 18.00 hours on Thursday, September 14, 2023 to have filed their documents with NFF general secretary by post or email. Interview date would be communicated to shortlisted in due course.
Those applying need have a minimum of CAF B license certificate or its equivalent, coaching experience or working within women’s football, should actively been coaching within the last four years.
A capping requirement is that, the would-be coach needs be “an individual of exemplary character, who is driven and committed to the development of women footballers. The post is subject to a full background check,” the NFF said on its verified social media handle.
It concludes, “all interested candidates should submit their applications (CV and cover letter) to the Secretariat of the Nigeria Football Federation (addressed to the General Secretary) via post or email.”
